During the summer season we are usually full. In order to insure that your wedding guests have everything they need to
enjoy their stay we'll gladly work with you in advance to secure just the right arrangements.
SUMMER PLANS
(Last weekend of June thru Labor Day)
Shoulder season plans are the same except there is a 2 night minimumn instead of 3 and you may reserve all 10 rooms in plan A
PLAN A: We will reserve up to six rooms (4 Garden Side Rooms and 2 Premium Rooms) based on a minimum three night stay. The contact person making the reservation pays for the rooms and any later reimbursement by others is handled personally. A full, non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking. A $10 per room discount is available with this plan. A contract must be signed and returned with a check at least 3 months prior to the reservation. HOW TO GET THIS PLAN: It's simple. Call us at 800-455-0247. We will work with you to reserve exactly the rooms and configurations you need for the dates you would like. Then we will mail you the reservation details along with a contract which you can sign and return with a check for the deposit. |
PLAN B: Rooms are not set aside for your guests, so it is important that you suggest to your guests that they reserve their room as soon as possible as we fill up early in the year for summer weekend rooms. Please alert us in advance and give us the name on the wedding. Be sure your guests mention the name of your wedding when they call to reserve and we will gladly give them a $5 per night discount. SHOULDER SEASON OR OFF-SEASON
THE SAME PLANS AS ABOVE APPLY WITH THE FOLLOWING EXCEPTIONS:
The minimum stay drops to two nights and all ten rooms may be reserved.
Wedding Party policies:
We will strive to make sure your wedding guests feel welcomed and have everything they need. We do ask that they be observant of our policies for their own safety and enjoyment as well as that of our other guests.All of our standard policies apply, including that only registered guests are allowed in rooms or on our property unless other arrangements are made with management. Absolutely no before or after wedding gatherings or parties are allowed on our property. Quiet time is in effect from 11pm to 8am every night. Common areas may be used by registered wedding guests but we ask that respect be shown to our other regular guests.
